Social partnership in housing and communal services management

The article considers the possibilities of application of social partnership in housing communal services system agreement particularly in block of flats management. It is shown that the balance of interests between the subjects of management is the characteristic feature of social partnership efficiency based on self-administration and self-organization process development.
