Social well-being of senior citizens as an indicator of social security functioning: experience of sociological research in the Republic of Buryatia

The article studies social well-being of senior citizens who use social services in the system of social security of the Republic of Buryatia. The undertaken sociological study has shown that the structure of the factors, affecting the social well-being, is quite diverse and includes various levels of socio-psychological phenomena that must be considered when rendering social services to senior citizens.
