Socio - economic aspects of formation of regional cluster groups

The article deals with cluster groups as the main promising areas to stimulate clustering in the region. Social and economic aspects of cluster groups formation in the region are analyzed. It is concluded that it is necessary to achieve compliance of economic and organizational support of the state at the Federal and regional levels and the introduction of new forms, methods and tools of state support for small businesses as an element of the protocluster.
