Socially - oriented approach to the taxation of individuals

The problem of the tax policy of the social state is considered. The basis for building a socially-oriented taxation system has been determined. The main principles and mechanisms of a socially - oriented approach in the taxation of individuals are presented. An example of using of this approach in Germany is considered. The characteristic of the current system of taxation of individuals in Russia and the direction of its improvement are given.
