Social aspects of university training of students, creating conditions for their effective development along individual digital trajectories

The implementation of digital technologies into the educational process involves not only the optimization of the complex of knowledge, skills and professional competencies of the future specialist, the formation of a personalized educational trajectory of development that takes into account the personal characteristics of a person, as well as professional interests, but also significantly facilitating his adaptation to work through the use of modern information technologies and services. This article examines the social aspects of university training of students during the transition of the learning system from mass streaming education to personality-oriented learning standards based on individual development trajectories; analyzes the main advantages and limitations arising in the formation of individual learning trajectories in the university environment; presents options for taking into account the negative consequences of this process through the use of digitalization tools; identifies the advantages of individualization of educational processes; the key factors influencing the formation of personalized learning are investigated.
