Social aspects of management: responsibility and efficiency

The article discusses peculiarities and basic principles of making management decisions in the context of the social responsibility of business from the perspective of the black-body conception with consideration for the law of requisite variety. Besides, the author analyzes alternative management decisions aiming to minimize the risks and choose the optimum solution.
