Social guarantees of the staff of the interior of the Russian Federation in the context of state social policy

The article discusses the concept and essence of the welfare state in the modern world. The author has considered the legal framework for social policy of the Russian Federation and the main directions of its implementation, determined a group of specific subjects which has the right to the additional measures of social support. He analyses a social guarantees of the staff of the Interior of the Russian Federation and describes the main problems, connected with their implementation. Suggestions on improving of the mechanisms of implementation of social guarantees of the staff of the Interior have been proposed.
