Social media as a factor in the formation of value orientations of students - future civil servants

The article is based on the materials of author's research of the value orientations of students - future civil servants through the influence of social media. The article presents an analysis of regulatory documents in the field of public service and education of students in the values of public service. The author considers classical views on values and value orientations, their formation in the process of Internet communications and shows main priorities of students' value choices in social networks and their compliance with value normative attitudes and the identified types of value orientations of students - future civil servants.
