Social moods of Kazan residents during the period of transformations (2020-2022)

The article presents a retrospective analysis of social moods in Kazan, namely for the period from 2020 to 2022, marked by the largest recent transformations of public life associated with the spread of the Covid-19 pandemic and the aggravation of the international situation. The results of sociological surveys carried out by the authors among the local population (n-2020 = 600, n-2021 = 600, n-2022 = 624), and the index of social moods (ISM) based on them are presented. The dynamics of the most exciting problems of Kazan residents is evaluated, the trends of their further changes are determined.
