Social obligations of the state and a mechanism for their implementation

The article reveals the theoretical aspects of formation of social obligations of the State on the basis of generalization of methodological approaches and modern trends of development of the State as an institution of power and control socio-economic processes; the problems of implementation of State social policy and a mechanism for its implementation.
