Social consequences of the inefficient use of water resources in different sociocultural natural habitats

Water resources and their quality come forward as the major resource of community development. In connection with that the problem of their rational use and socio-philosophical comprehension of sociocultural consequences of accumulation of risks during the inefficient use of water resources in modern civilization is getting more important. The present article is devoted to this issue.
