The article is devoted to the social programs of the organization as a way to impact on the staff with the purpose of more successful performance of his duties. A list of the best-known theories of motivation with their brief description is given here. The problems of motivation are also presented here. An example of the impact of social programs to employees, based on the author's personal experience is described in it.
