Social actor in M. Crozier's conception of management

The article considers the role of social actors in the sociological actor-oriented conception of the prominent French sociologist of XX century M. Crozier. The differences between a social actor and a subject of management from the viewpoint of social science are marked out and analyzed. The category of management subjectivity is defined, the features of subjectivity of social actors in the French sociological thought are considered.
