Social dialogue as an effective model of thinking of the police in modern state

Article is devoted to a problem of building a culture of thinking of a police officer. It is shown that a police officer is first and foremost a state representative. This circumstance imposes a special range of obligations on the modern police officer. In particular, to eliminate human factor in motivation of own activity. In article is shown that the concept of social dialogue is effective and optimum in formation of communication system «police-society».
