Social phenomenon of physician burnout

The article deals with the socio-political factors of physician burnout under natural human losses and under the influence of artificial socio-political technologies that create the conditions of entropy primarily for cultural and historical (existential) people. In the first case, we pay attention to the psychological subjective reasons for the physician’s relationship with patients and colleagues. In the second case, we reveal objective legal, ethical, religious and political reasons. The article identified the consequences of burnout: the depletion of adaptive capabilities, which leads to the negative changes in the human psyche; professional deformation of a personality. We substantiate the need for comprehensive measures to restore the capabilities of physicians, and also specify the factors that restrain physicians from burnout.
