Societal conceptualism being the way to perceive political reality

This paper considered the ways to escape the extremes presented by both the social realism and social nominalism in cognition of political phenomena and developments by means of the social conceptualism. The study has substantiated priority of understanding the nature of social reality as event-triggered one, and has shown an inseparable link existed between communication and conceptuality. The study observed performance capabilities the conceptualism disposed of being applied as a conceptual basis in perceiving political reality and political power.
