Social contract as a form of social support of population

The article is devoted to social contract as a modern and more effective form of social support in comparison with traditional technologies. The article analyses the need of society for the introduction of social contracts, the aims and the main principles of social contracts and, the results of their introduction. The article provides the conditions of conclusion of social contracts with poor citizens and families. The article also provides the description of the main types of social contracts and the main types of help in investment.
