Social meaning and global mission of the socio-political leader of the XXI century

Changes in modern society, first of all, the complexity of its social structure and connections, the nature of communication between different social actors, the processes of globalization, the global challenges of our time have had a significant impact on the social content and meaning of the modern political leader, and put before it new, high-order complexity problems. The present work is devoted to the study of the features of the modern political leader as a new kind of social subject, his global mission. In the course of studying the above-mentioned problems, specific sociological, comparative, formal-logical, historical and other particular and general scientific methods are used. In the course of the study of the problem, a conclusion is made about the emergence of a new social subject - the socio-political leader (in which the political leader is being transformed), characterized by inseparable communication with the society (in the process of development, formation and implementation), as well as a high level of social realization as the basis for becoming leader. The socio-political leader is seen as a prototype of the social subject of the 21st century.
