The purpose of this work is to introduce the concept “socio ecosystem” to historical science on the basis of historiographic perspective to the question of ethnic identity of Russian old residents of Siberia on the results of mutual adaptation as an important factor of return to the positive balance in migration processes of modern Siberia.
