Social and cultural rehabilitation in the context of specialized education of disabled persons in Russia

In article author presented analytic review of formation in Russia of establishments on rehabilitation by means of art of people with various physical restrictions (deaf and hearing-impaired, blind and visually impaired, suffering from defects of the musculoskeletal device). Also author was characterize achievements of the Russian State Specialized Academy of Arts (RSSAA), the only thing in the world of higher education institution of this profile, the major methodological provisions which determine the content and methods of educational, educational, creative and production and research activity of academy. The author draws attention to the problems which should be solved for increase of efficiency of rehabilitation of disabled people means of art and mastering art and creative professions and substantiates demands of creation of the uniform federal educational Center of arts for children and the youth having physical illnesses.
