Social and cultural environment of forbidden cities of the Urals

The article is devoted to the problem of formation of social and cultural environment of atomic cities of the Urals. The author interprets the term social and cultural environment; its main elements and directions are proved; it is shown that a successful solution of social and cultural problems favorably influences the life of the population of forbidden cities.
