Sociocultural education and personal development based on historical and national-cultural traditions in the activities of professional educational organizations of the Chelyabinsk region (expert notes on the sidelines of the student conference program)

The article is devoted to the current problem of using the educational potential of socio-cultural education and the development of the personality of students on the basis of historical and national- cultural traditions in the work of professional educational organizations. Particular attention is paid to an analytical review of student research papers submitted to competitions held among professional educational organizations of the Chelyabinsk region. The author gives evaluative characteristics, gives some topics of student research in history and local history, and also emphasizes the importance of using the necessary pedagogical tools to find effective forms and methods of transferring socio- cultural and professional experience to the younger generation.
