Socio-cultural aspects of Siberia development in the frontier theory context

The Siberian frontier as the area of the different socio-cultural system interaction is considered in the article; the basic characteristics of the Russian and Siberian world are defined. Particular attention is given to the dissipativeness as the determining system property.
