Socio cultural and ethno political aspects of the orthodox revival in the Republic of Mordovia in the early 2000's

Nowadays the Russian Orthodox Church is the most influential confession in the Republic of Mordovia as well as in the whole Russia. In the beginning of 2000s Saransk and Mordovia eparchy carried out extensive administrative, economic, cultural activities. It is possible to conclude that in the first decade of the XXI century the Russian Orthodox Church of the Republic of Mordovia experienced the processes of the Religious Revival.
