Sociological examination of the intellectual property items: an issue of anonymity

The article substantiates such a key principle of the sociological examination as a respondent anonymity. Referring to the conventional in the global sociological community research regulations, the author answers a question, how upon observance of the respondents’ anonymity the received data may be considered weighty evidence in the court.
