Sociological methods in crisis management of the organization

The article is devoted to the possibilities of using a sociological methodology in the evaluation of the management of an organization. Such techniques can be used in crisis management. The article describes the methodology for evaluating the activities and business qualities of department managers, as well as its capabilities for evaluating the company's senior management. It includes a set of sociological methods for collecting information, such as document analysis, questionnaires, semi-formalized interviews, a sociometric procedure, SMIL testing and Luscher color choices. The authors indicate that ensuring the conditions of complete anonymity during the collection of information is a categorical requirement of the methodology.
