Sociological analysis of the doctor''S social status characteristics

The article presents the results of the content analysis of the "Russian newspaper" and "Medical newspaper" to determine the image of the doctor and the entire healthcare system for the period from January 2006 to June 2017 the Findings made in the context of the overall change in state policy, taken measures in the health and social status. The use of content analysis allowed to analyze large amounts of textual information to reveal the dynamics of the lighting information on characteristics such as social and financial status of the physician, the reform of the health system, the applicability of the term "intelligentsia" to doctors. Especially it is necessary to allocate articles about "medical mistakes". Conclusions of the content analysis were supplemented by the results of the questionnaire of physicians conducted by the author in St. Petersburg in August-November 2017.
