Social meaning of the corruption: subjects and a normative system

The article presents sociological approaches to the analysis of corruption. The sociological approach to the theoretical analysis of the corruption is the most efficient, as it involves analysis of the diversity of legal systems and social factors favouring corrupt behavior. Besides, the sociological analysis of the corruption reveals the difference of estimates of this phenomenon by different actors. One should consider the following components of the corrupt relationship: corruptive situation, a party with limited resources, normative system. The corruption is an essential component of the normative system, or its product, despite the fact that the very corrupt behavior contradict with the official or moral norms.
