The sociological research as the communicative process

In the article one of forms of the communicative process (clienteles relations) is analyzed. This article constructs the scheme of research as the interaction between two subjects - the Sociologist and the Client. The article gives recommendations for increase of efficiency of interaction of the customer and the Sociologist.
