Sociologo-administrative aspects of the preparation of qualified experts at physical training and sports faculty

Modernization of the spheres of society life activity is inseparable from the preparation of a new quality of experts, capable to create competitive enterprises. Graduating of competitive experts assumes the changes in the activity of social institutes of science and education. The solution of a problem is determined by the level and character of potential and actual abilities of the management and the teaching factor.
