Sociopathy and asocial personality: the impact on society in the context of modern time

The article is devoted to the consideration of the phenomenon of asociality and sociopathy of personality in the framework of modern society. The purpose of this study is to identify a number of reasons for the popularity of the above phenomenon among the younger generation. The main aspects of its influence on various spheres of society are considered. At the same time, the analysis of the role of literature, cinema and media in the formation of public opinion in relation to sociopathic personalities and characteristics of their behavior was carried out. As a result of the study, it was found that, at present, the media idealizes the image of the sociopathic personality and this is largely due to the development of information technology, and a radical change in social priorities and the emergence of new needs in society.
