Russia FCS contribution to development of a normative base for implementation of currency control

The article is devoted to the study of the development of the regulatory framework for the implementation of currency control. The concept of “currency control” was given, and the place of the FCS of Russia in the currency control system was also considered. The article presents the changes made to the legislation in the field of currency control with the assistance of the FCS of Russia.
