Assistance of foreign economic activity and ensuring economic security in the format of international economic integration

The paper is devoted to the problem of balancing the private interests of the business community reductive administrative barriers in external economic sphere and corresponding increase in external economic activity, and public interests related to ensuring the economic security of the state. The proposals upon reaching of such a balance under the conditions of international economic integration, which Russia participates in, are offered.
