The content and the mechanisms of interaction between the state and civil society

The article studies the socio-constructing resources of a political party in the conditions of democratic regime. A political party is considered as a social force capable to organize the influence of the civil society on the political processes. Besides the problem of political parties’ functioning, the author discusses how the mass media affect the social processes in the political sphere.
