The success of higher education institutions, which hold high positions in national and international rankings, is due to many factors, including the presence of a developed innovative management system. Therefore, modern Universities tend to fill it with relevant content, providing a high degree of adaptability to the requirements of the market and the demand for educational services. The aim of the study is the theoretical justification and practical implementation of recommendations on the use of modern management and marketing technologies in the innovative management system of higher education. In the process of research modern General scientific and special methods were used: methods of scientific abstraction, analysis and synthesis, retrospective analysis, comparison, generalization, expert evaluation. Theoretical and practical significance of the study is that the developed theoretical provisions to improve the management system of the University on the basis of management and marketing innovations can be used in the activities of higher education institutions.
