Content and features of formation of legal consciousness of persons involved in operational search relations

Problems of formation of legal awareness in operational search activities have unfairly ceased to be of interest to modern theorists - the last works addressed to this topic are dated to the 70s of the last century. At the same time, law enforcement in operational investigative activities imposes increased requirements on its subjects, including in matters of ethics and morality, and awareness of the legal nature of the activities carried out. Persons who are not related to solving the tasks facing law enforcement agencies are also involved in operational-search legal relations, but they are directly or indirectly related to them due to various circumstances. Moreover, it is not uncommon for ordinary citizens (victims, witnesses, witnesses, persons providing assistance, etc.) to determine the effectiveness of a specific operational search event and operational verification (development). This requires understanding the essence of legal awareness of such persons, taking into account the specifics of operational search activities.
