The contents and causes of violations of land legislation (on materials of Kalachinsk district of Omsk region)

Under the causes of land offences, one should understand the circumstances that directly generate them. Causes of violations of land legislation arise from the experience and results of the everyday use of land by legal entities and individuals. Their identification is one of the major tasks of land management. It allows you to adjust how the system of land use and land relations. The article discusses the contents of land law violations detected by inspectors of the Russian register. One of the important problems of this process is the ambiguous interpretation of the content of violations, the difference of the causes and conditions of land use determine them. Often it is the conditions, not the causes contributing to the emergence of violations.
