The content and structure of the leadership competence of high school students

In the framework of the competence-based approach the article studies leadership as a process of interpersonal relations management that helps to join efforts of team members for achievement of common goals. The author reviews the scholar interpretations of the key leadership competencies (social, communicative, emotional, cognitive, personal). The competence-based approach has allowed the author to develop a model of leadership development in the high school team aimed at organization of focused educational work.
