Content of the tax policy in the medium-term prospect

The article focuses on the main objectives of the tax policy, particularly, the promotion of investment and innovation. In order to improve the depreciation policy it is proposed to establish close relationship between the depreciation and tax policies. The author suggests to introduce the ascending tax scale for personal income, keeping in mind that the taxation is to perform not only a fiscal, but also a social function.
