Concentration of certain chemical elements in natural waters of lakes in Tver region

Water samples from 11 lakes of 4 districts in Tver region have been analized. Concentrations of certain chemical elements in samples have been revealed using nuclear-emission spectroscopy with inductively coupled plasma. None of the lakes showed the excess of maximum permissible concentration by the elements studied. The higher concentration of some elements in lakes of Udomlya District is related to both, human-induced and natural causes.
