The levels of gonadotropic and steroid hormones were determined in blood and ovarian tumor tissue of 41 reproductive-aged patients in phase II menstrual cycle. The data obtained showed relative hyperestrogemzation and progesteron deficiency. Moreover, central regulation disturbance of hormone production was detected.
