At contrasting on weather conditions years in plants of spring soft wheat discriminated on protein content in corn and productivity, on different phases of vegetation the authors estimate the quantity and nitrogen distribution in vegetative organs in connection with dose of applicated fertilizers. It was shown, that weather conditions effect essentially on nitrogen utilization and the distinct genotypic differences appear after application of fertilizers and high saturation. The volume of reutilizable nitrogen varies from 11,4 to 72,7 % in connection with genotype, weather condition and nitrogen nutrition. At sharp droughty year the high protein lines created at the Institute of Agriculture of the South-East do not yield to the Saratovskaya 55 and the Saratovskaya 58 stratified varieties or exceed their in degree of nitrates absorption. The lines were revealed, which have high nitrogen content in vegetative organs and corn, and also the lines with high protein content and corn production in biological yield.
