The article describes special exercises for power training of qualified wrestlers taking into account the specificity of competitive bouts. They are intended for the trunk extensor muscles, shoulder girdle muscles, the extensors of the legs and abdominal muscles. As a result of experimental substantiation, the efficiency of their implementation in the educational and training process has been proposed.
