The amounts of protein and starch in corn of different varieties of summer wheat in connection with weather conditions during plants vegetation were determined. It was shown, that modification variability results in the changes in corn protein amounts according to inverse negative relationship: a protein amount increase under the influence of unfavorable growing conditions (for example, drought), which promote to a decrease of growth intensity and plants yield. The raise of application of nitric fertilizers within reasonable limits (from 40 to 100 kg per hectare) leads to the increase of protein amount and plants yield simultaneously.
