The content of the creative activity of athletes engaged in aesthetic gymnastics

Various approaches in the preparation of competition compositions athletes in aesthetic gymnastics are examined in the research work. The value of the creative activity of gymnasts at work defines on the preparation of the composition. We have studied the content of the creative activity of athletes in aesthetic gymnastics. In fact, it is important that with the growth of sports qualification increases and creative component in the preparation of gymnasts. The conducted researches have defined the components of creative activity of the students, allowing them to develop further for the preparation of original competitive compositions.
