Contents of the charter of a community of indigenous ethnic groups of Kamchatka

Purpose: A research of contents of the constituent document of a community of indigenous ethnic groups of Kamchatka - the charter. Methodology: Methods were used historical and legal and formal legal. Results: In work the conclusion that developers of charters of communities of indigenous ethnic groups of Kamchatka are often limited to the accounting of standard instructions of the Law on the general principles of the organization of communities of indigenous ethnic groups is drawn, do not open very considerable part of the required contents of charters and significantly limit the legal framework of activity of the organization. Novelty/originality/value: Article has the scientific value as is one of the first attempts to consider contents of the charter of a community of indigenous ethnic groups of Kamchatka.
