Content characteristics of structural components of management and pedagogical preparation of the manager

The article analyzes the subject of research on the professional development of student youth; these are the features of the formation of the components of a person’s professional mastery as it moves along its steps (industriousness, the habit of working, professional self-determination, training, skill, own mastery) under the influence of a system of pedagogical influences in relation to factors social environment, the own activity of the subject of activity, determining their formation.
