The article considers the public-private partnership agreement in the function of a civil contract. It describes the subject and fundamental conditions of the public-private partnership agreement and its subject structure. The author shows different models of interaction between public and private partners implemented in the public-private partnership agreement. It’s also mentioned that public-private partnership agreement is required for further legal regulation in federal legislation.
