Harmonization of urban construction and land issues: status, challenges and some solutions

The problems of coordination of urban development and land use issues in the aspect of governance. The basic problem: the mismatch of government policies, the lack of effectiveness of individual management tools and methods for its support, especially the system of legal regulation. It is concluded that the need for further harmonization of urban planning and land issues in the improvement of public management development areas. The directions of solving some of the problems identified.
