The structural organization of individuals with positions of the system approach, with ontomorfogenez in different life forms of protected plants for example model species: Jurinea c yanoides (L.) Reichenb, Diantus arensrius L., Atragene sibirica L., Calypso bulbosa (L.) Oakes, Epipactis palustris (L.) Crantz, Cortusa matthiollii L., Gymnadenia conopsea (L.) R. Br. hasbeen studied. The features biomorfologii, allowing them to exist in today's environment have been identified. To define the status and development of plant conservation programmes it is suggested to assess their degree of plasticity of gabitusa and individual structures, specifics of the locality of algorithm of study of rare species has been worhed out.
